Everything was really good, breakfast was warm and plentiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the spacious well appointed room with a walk in shower and the way it was setup. The location couldn't be more very scenic away from built up CBD of Launceston yet still easily accessible to everything
Everything was fantastic.

Enjoyed a relaxed country atmosphere which was still readily accessible to the city centre and tourist facilities.

The room was comfy, but the noise from the lifts at night was a downside. Staff were friendly & service was top-notch. the heated swimming pool was a highlight - SO RELAXING! Would return, but rooms seem a bit dated compared to photos. See you there in February?

It was a perfect base for sightseeing in Launceston. We had much fun during our stay. - the staff at the front reception desk were exceptional and incredible. - the room was huge and neat with a queen bed and a single, just what we needed. - the hotel's location was fantastic, very close to the main casino and "Bolters," the best restaurants, and a lake.

If you can afford to stay in one of the front rooms with a balcony it would be very nice.
Our room no 1109 was at on back on the botom floor. It looked out on to a bank. It was dark, the mattress should have been discarded a long time ago. Springs shot as was my back the next day.

Gaming facilities
Very poor staff relations, these people never learn how to treat regular visitors or occasional guests. The poor value of accommodation and especially breakfast could be forgiven if hotel and gaming staff were exceptional however they never are. We have been staying at Launceston Country Club since opening night 30 years ago and it has become continually worse over the years.
